Sosyal Adalet, Eşitlik ve Sosyal Hizmet

Abstract

Toplumların gelişmişlik düzeyi salt ekonomik büyüme ile ölçülemez. Bir toplumun refah düzeyi toplumsal kaynakların nasıl dağıtıldığı ile yakından ilgilidir. Kaynakların toplumda nasıl dağıtılması sorusu ise sosyal adalet kavramı ile yakından ilgilidir. Sosyal adalet, sosyal refah devletlerin güvencesidir. Bir toplumun ilerleyişi bir toplumda yaşayan tüm insanların kaynak ve hizmetlere ulaşmada fırsat eşitliğine sahip olması ile olanaklıdır. İnsan haklarını bir söylem olmaktan çıkararak uygulamaya geçiren bir meslek olan sosyal hizmetin en önemli enstrümanı sosyal adalettir. Bu çalışma insan hakları ve sosyal adalet temelli sosyal hizmet uygulamalarının önemi açısından ele alınacaktır.

The level of development of societies can not be measured only by economic growth. The level of prosperity of a society is closely related to how social resources are distributed. The question of how resources are distributed in society is closely related to the concept of social justice. Social justice, social welfare is the safety of states. The progress of a society is possible if all people living in a society have equal opportunity to access resources and services. Social justice is the most important instrument of social work, a profession that puts human rights out of a rhetoric. This study will focus on the importance of human rights and social justice based social work practices.
