BATI FELSEFESİNDEN YAPILAN ÇEVİRİLERDE TÜRKÇENİN İMKÂNLARI: KANT’IN TEORİK SİSTEMİ ÜZERİNDEN BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Her bilişsel disiplin esasen özel bir terminolojik yapı vasıtasıyla inşa edilen belirli bir dile dayanır. Bu çerçevede, bir disiplinin gelişmiş olma derecesini anlamanın en önemli ölçütlerinden biri, ilgili disiplinin kavram düzeneğini upuygun yansıtabilecek bir terim örgüsünün o disiplinde bulunuşudur. Her ne kadar bu mesele son derece açık olsa da, Türkçe felsefe dilinin tarihî süreç bakımından incelenmesi göstermektedir ki ülkemizde modernleşme hareketlerinin başından beri dilin terminolojik bakımdan kullanılışı meselesinde derin bir kriz yaşanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sözü edilen problemlerin felsefe dilini kavrayışımızda ne kadar derinlere gittiğini açığa çıkarmak için Kant'ın Kritik der reinen Vernunf adlı eserinin Türkçe çevirileri analitik bir düzlemde irdelenecektir

Each cognitive discipline depends on in its essential aspects a certain kind of language constructed via specific terminological patterns. In this context, one of the most important criteria for a better understanding of improvement degree of a discipline can be found within the lexically structured terms that adequately reflect conceptual apparatus of that discipline. Despite the fact that this matter is obviously clear, a historically oriented overview of Turkish philosophical language shows that a deep crisis in progress with respect to terminological usage of language in our country ever since the period of modernization. In this study, translations of Kant’s Kritik der reinen Vernunf into Turkish will analytically examined in order to reveal the above-mentioned problems how far goes into the deep in our apprehension of philosophical language
