ENTEGRE RAPORLAMA VE BÜTÜNLEŞİK GÜVENCE MODELİ: TÜRKİYE’DEKİ FARKINDALIĞIN DELPHİ TEKNİĞİ İLE ARAİTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, entegre raporların güvence sürecinin geliştirilmesi ve yürütülmesine ilişkin denetçi, akademisyen ve entegre rapor çıkartan kuruluşların görüşlerini alarak ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, iki aşamalı Delphi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Birinci aşamada (açık uçlu Delphi), altı denetçi, beş akademisyen ve entegre rapor çıkartan kuruluşlarda çalışan beş kişiyle yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmıştır. İkinci aşamada (çevrimiçi Delphi anket uygulaması), görüşme verileri kullanılarak hazırlanan 57 maddelik 5’li Likerttipi bir anket katılımcılar arasında uzlaşma sağlamak amacıyla iki kez (tur) uygulanmıştır. İlk aşamanın verilerini incelemede nitel, ikinci aşama verilerinde ise nicel veri analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların fikirleri doğrultusunda üzerinde görüş birliği sağlanan entegre raporlarda bütünleşik güvence süreci kriterleri önerilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the assurance process of the integrated reports by taking the opinions of the auditors, academicians and the institutions that published integrated reports. For this purpose, two -phase Delphi technique was used. In the first phase (open-ended Delphi), semi-structured interviews were conducted with six auditors, five academicians and five workers in institutions that published integrated reports. In the second phase (online Delphi questionnaire application), a 57-item 5-point Likert-type questionnaire, which was prepared by using interview data, was applied twice (round) to provide consensus among the participants. Qualitative data were used to analyze the data of the first phase, and quantitative data analysis methods we re used in the second phase data. As a result of the research, combined assurance process criteria were proposed in the integrated reports which were agreed upon according to the opinions of the participants.
