dc.description.abstractBir topluluğun millet hâline gelmesi, ortak değerlere sahip olup bu değerleri nesilden nesile sürdürmesiyle gerçekleşir. Bu gerçeğin farkına vararak millet statüsüne ulaşmış topluluklar, değerlerinin yeni nesillere aktarılması için birçok yöntem geliştirmiş ve değişik eğitim kurumları oluşturmuşlardır. Kurmaca yapısı sayesinde insanların hayal-düşünce dünyalarında derin izler bırakan hikâye anlatımı yoluyla model oluşturma ise, eğitim için kullanılan en eski ve en etkili yöntemlerden birisi olmuştur. Çünkü kurgusal nitelikteki bu hikâyeler, daha küçüklüğünden itibaren çevresindekileri taklit ederek öğrenmeye başlayan insanlara, dünyaya başkasından gözünden bakma fırsatı sunmuştur. Hikâyeler sayesinde farklı kişiliklere bürünme imkânı elde eden insanlar, çoğu zaman bu kahramanların etkisinde kalmış ve onlar gibi hareket etme eğilimine girmişlerdir. Bu sebeple, toplumlar bünyelerindeki fertlerin sahip olmasını istedikleri değerleri, bu hikâyelerdeki kahramanlara yükleyerek halk için örnek-model şahsiyetler oluşturmuşlardır. Bu rol model kahramanların, hikâyeyi dinleyen veya okuyan insanlar tarafından benimsenmesi yoluyla ideal insan ve ideal toplum konumuna ulaşmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda da bir sürü hikâye ve bir sürü rol model kahraman kurgulanmıştır. Değerleri hikâyeleştirerek model şahsiyetler üzerinden anlatma yönteminin kullanıldığı kaynaklardan en iyisi hiç şüphesiz Kuran-ı Kerim'dir. Bu çalışmayla, Kuran kıssalarından iki örneği günümüz hikâye tekniğiyle çözümleyerek bu kıssaların ve kıssalarda yer alan model şahsiyetlerin, öğrencilerin şahsiyet eğitimleri için örnek teşkil etmek üzere kullanılabileceğini göstermek amaçlanmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractValues are the basic system which creates and keeps the society alive. Becoming a nation from community happens with having the common values and keeping that values from generation to generation. The communities that reached the status of being country by being aware of the truth have improved lots of ways and different educational institutions to transfer the values to the new generations. Modeling with storytelling which is effective on people’s imagination world by its fictional construction is the oldest and the most impressive way that is used for education. These fictional stories have helped looking from different people’s perspectives, because people start learning by simulating things around them since their childhood. The people who had the chance to live different impersonations by the stories were impressed by these characters and they tended to act like them. By this cause, societies have created sample-model characters by imposing the values that were hoped to be adopted by the citizens similar to those characters. By adoption of those characters by readers or audience, the aim is reaching the ideal human and ideal society level. In line with this purpose so many stories and so many role models were fictionalized. Quran is clearly the best source in which making stories of values is used in it. With this study, by analyzing the two examples from Quran anecdotes with contemporary story techniques, it is aimed to show that these anecdotes and the model characters in these anecdotes can be used as a sample for students’ education. When maintained general (universal) values that are accepted by many communities are analyzed, we face with leadership, integrity, morality, justice, individual responsibility and helpfulness that guide human to keep an ideal line. Though communities are different from each other in many ways, they have always regarded such values toward creating ideal human and tried to adopt them in every period. In today's society, schools are also for the survival of these kinds of superior values and transferring them to the new generations. One of the tasks of the schools is to teach the stated clearly or unspecified values in the school curriculum, to discipline students in accordance with the established rules, contribute to their moral character and to influence their characters positively. ‘Creating model human’ method can be shown as the most impressive method of many methods that can be used by schools to reach this aim. In this respect, the selection of reading text for text book and independent reading text and determination of proffered model human type have great importance. In addition to teaching reading and writing well, listening, speaking the implementation of grammar rules, Turkish and Literature course also aims to give them national, moral, social and universal values. To realize this aim, literary and educational texts that have different features are used. Every genre has a different function in education. In this context, student gets into a fictive world by story and novel which is similar to real life. During the journeys to fictive world, students usually adopt the characters (usually main characters). They try to follow the behaviors of characters in their lives that they know and like in the fictive world. So, being/constructing model plays an important role in value education. Quran tells tales using multi facet narration styles including all of the current techniques. Bu the basic difference is Quran anecdotes are definite and not imaginary. They certainly have a meaning regarding a purpose so are different from imaginary. The very verbal nature of anecdote has made its narration repeated and everybody from the lower to upper classes have benefited from this. A lot of people, though not familiar with the meanings of hadiths or verses, have been able to tell them. It is possible to read and teach these anecdotes beyond being only theological texts. While making base for the personality education model, three most important topics are ‘Knowing the personality’, ‘Developing personality’ and ‘Keeping the personality’ about which Quran offers the finest examples. In this study in which we analyzed Quran verses regarding value education and personality education, we pointed out three perspectives. 1. Making the verses suitable for the thematic analysis. 2. Analysis of verses using tale technique 3. Analysis of characters in verses as a value in personality/character education. Accordingly, it was seen that Quran verses could be made story texts suitable for students’ level. We found out that these verses include basic story features like narrator, case, characters, time and space and it was seen that narration in these texts are strengthened by narration techniques like dialogue, description and reduction Most importantly, the qualities of the heroes (prophets) in these verses comply with the aims in National Education Main Principles and so are in the frame of desired behaviors. Thus, these heroes (prophets) could play an important role in personality education as model people. For instance, In Prophet Suleiman and Belkıs anecdote, Suleiman’s being ruler who governs a very large population, and asking the officers to be righteous and as a fair and moderate ruler, Belkıs’ being a woman ruler are models for the students.en_US
