dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the effects of kefir, an alternative treatment method, on quality of life and sleep disturbances in postmenopausal women. In this study, it is seen that kefir has positive effects on sleep disturbances, depression, and quality of life in postmenopausal women.en_US
