Abstract

Eğitim, insan var olduğundan beri ihtiyaç duyulan ve her dönemde farklı uygulamaları ile formdan forma giren bir olgudur. Eğitimin insanlık tarihi kadar geçmişi vardır denebilir. Bu zamana kadar eğitimin ne olduğu ile ilgili bir kitap olacak kadar tanım yapılmıştır. Ortak paydada buluşulan nokta eğitimin bireye olumlu katkı sağlamak için var olduğudur. Eskiden eğitim-öğretime çok fazla önem verilmezken günümüzde bu bilinç gelişmiş ve eğitim insan hayatındaki en önemli yerini almıştır. Bunun bir sonucu olarak farklı uygulamalar ve metotlara gidilmiş eğitimde en etkili yöntemler bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Ama maalesef imkânların fazlalığına rağmen istenen etkili sonuçlar alınamamaktadır. Eğitimin bu kadar önemsendiği bir zaman diliminde "Acaba İslam kültüründe neler uygulanmıştır?" sorusu akla gelmiş ve geçmiş devirlere bakılma ihtiyacı hissedilmiştir. Önceki devirler göz önüne alındığında karşımıza kısa zamanda en etkili sonuçlar alması ile Hz. Muhammed (sav) çıkmıştır. Onun içinde bulunduğu dönem karanlık çağ diye anılıyor herkes de böyle anılmasında bir nebzede olsa rol oynuyordu. Hz. Muhammed (sav), bu ortamda eğitime, ilme çok önem vermiş uygulamaları ve izlediği yollarla karanlıkta olan bir toplumu aydınlığa ulaştırmıştır. Bu yönüyle Hz. Muhammed'in (sav) bütün hayatı incelenmiştir. Eğitim, insanın bütün hayatını şekillendirici bir etkiye sahip olduğundan güvenilir kimselerce doğru uygulanması çok önemlidir. Tezde güvenilir kimselerin özellikleri ve doğru uygulamalardan kısaca bahsedilmiş, güvenilir bir insan ve doğru uygulamaları ile etkili sonuçlar alan Hz. Muhammed'in (sav) eğitimle alakalı izlediği yollar, uyguladığı yöntemler ve bütün hayatı detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Mekke ve Medine'de geçirdiği dönemler ve buralarda eğitim-öğretim adına yaptığı faaliyetler, izlediği yollara yer verilmiş kadınlara, gençlere, yetişkinlere, çocuklara, aileye, topluma, fertlere ayrı ayrı ilgileri eğitici davranışları üzerinde değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur. Education is a phenomenon that has been needed since human existence and that has changed from form to form with different applications in every period. It can be said that education has a history as much as human history. Until this time, enough definition has been made to be a book about what education is. The common denominator is that education exists to make a positive contribution to the individual. In the past, education and training were not given much importance, today this awareness has developed and education has taken its most important place in human life. As a result of this, different applications and methods were used and the most effective methods were tried to be found in education. But unfortunately, despite the abundance of possibilities, the desired effective results cannot be obtained. The question came to mind whether there was a period when education was considered so important and practices took shape accordingly in a time when education was so important and the need to look back on past eras has been felt. Considering the previous periods, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) emerged with the most effective results in a short time. He is known as the dark age in which he was in, and everybody played a part in his mentioning it like that. In this environment, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) gave great importance to education, science and brought to light a society in the dark with his practices and ways. Since education has a shaping effect on a person's whole life, it is very important that it is applied correctly by reliable people. In the thesis, the characteristics of reliable people and their correct applications were briefly mentioned, a reliable person and effective results with the right practices Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) followed in relation to education, the methods he applied and his whole life were examined in detail. During his time in Mecca and Medina, the activities he carried out in the name of education, the path he followed, were evaluated on the interests of women, youth, adults, children, family, society and individuals, and their educational behaviors.
