Borsa İstanbul (BIST)'da işlem gören gıda şirketlerinin finansal performans analizi: ENTROPİ, TOPSiS ve VİKOR Metodları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Borsa İstanbul (BIST)' da işlem gören gıda sektöründeki 24 işletmenin 2017-2019 dönemlerini kapsayan 20 finansal oran yardımıyla finansal performansları analiz edilmiştir. Veriler Kamuoyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nun (KAP) resmî sitesinde yayınlanan yıllık gelir tablosu ve bilançolarından elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde ENTROPİ, şirketlerin sıralanmasında ise TOPSIS ve VIKOR yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre en önemli ana kriter piyasa oranları, en önemli alt kriter ise fiyat/satış oranı olarak belirlenmiştir. Finansal performansı en yüksek olan şirket 2017 yılı için CCOLA olmuştur. 2018 yılında en iyi performansı gösteren şirketler ULKER ve EKIZ olmuştur. 2019 yılında ise en iyi performansları EKIZ ve TKURU şirketleri sergilemiştir.

In this study, financialperformance of 24 firms in the food sector traded in Borsa Istanbul (BIST) with the help of 20 financial ratios covering 2017-2019 is analyzed. The data were obtained from the annual income statement and balance sheets published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) official site. In the study, ENTROPİ methods were used to determine the criterianWeight, while TOPSIS and VIKOR methods were used in the ranking of companies. According to the results of the analysis, the most important main criterion is market rates and the most important sub criterion is the price / sales ratio. The company with the highest financial performance was CCOLA for 2017. The best performing companies in 2018 were ULKER and EKIZ. EKIZ and TKURU companies displayed their best performances in 2019.
