Efficient use of resources is of great importance for continuous growth which is one of countries the largest macro goal. Efficient use while the input data, it can be defined as access to maksimum output. In this study, by reference to the neo-classical growth model, GDP datas for the period 2005-2010 of OECD countries the output, and capital, labor and exports data is an add-in to GDP is the identified as input. Efficiency of this countries and the effects ontheseeffiencyofthe globalcrisis in 2008 is investigated. During the period under the study,it was found to be significant deterioration in the source efficiency of countries with the outbreak of the global crisis of 2008This condition was interpreted in the form that would create decline in the efficiency of the resources as a result of populist use to troubleshoot impact of the short-term shocks of monetary and fiscal policies combined with the 2008 global crisis.
