MODERNLEŞME SÜRECİNDE AİLE ve SOSYAL HİZMET: GÜÇLENDİRME YAKLAŞIMI PERSPEKTİFİNDEN YAPISAL BİR ANALİZ

Abstract

Ailede meydana gelen değişimler, onun yapısını dönüştürmekle kalmayıp, aile sistemi, sosyalleşme değerleri, aile etkileşimi ve yaşam koşulları üzerinde de farklılıklar meydana getirmiştir. Modernleşme süreci, aile yapılarının değişimini hızlandırmış ve geleneksel geniş aile kalıplarından, çekirdek aile kalıplarına doğru, hızlı bir geçiş söz konusu olmuştur. Bu geçiş ailenin ilişki ağını ve yaşam standartlarını geçmiş dönemlere kıyasla büyük oranda etkilemiştir. Tüm bu faktörler ışığında, bu makalede modernleşme ile birlikte, erozyona uğrayan, informel sosyal destek mekanizmalarının yerini alan, profesyonel sosyal hizmet uygulamaları, sosyal hizmetin güçlendirme yaklaşımı perspektifinden, ana hatları ile açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır

Changes occurred in the family, not only transmute its structure but also made differences upon, family system, socialization values, family interaction and life conditions. Modernization process has accelerated the change of family structure and caused a rapid change from the mold of traditional extended family towards to nuclear family mold. This tansition has greatly affected the network of family relationships and living standards compared to the previous period. In light of all these factors, in this article, along with the modernization process, professional social work practices that takes the place of informal social support mechanisms which were eroded, it will be explained in the context of empowerment approach of social work
