Some of the main objectives of organic agriculture are to protect the ecosystem
and the environment, avoid the use of harmful substances in living organisms such as
inorganic chemicals, pesticides, so, to prevent possible damage of the ecosystem will be
exposed to. Environment farming methods applied in the last fifty years, has great
damage to the ecosystem and therefore biodiversity. For example, various inorganic
substances used to combat diseases overturned to animal and plant health in the long or
short term, interventions in soil agriculture decreased soil fertilization, water is at the
level of pollution pose a threat to life, uncertainty where genetically modified organisms
will lead a full life, climate change has emerged as a result of this unfair human’s
intervention to nature. It is certain that organic farming practices reduce that losses and
in short and long term, perhaps, gain time for the healing of our World. For not erase a
day of life in the world completely, mankind should safeguard nature and the genetic
