Gümüşhane ilinin köse ilçesinde halkın afet konusundaki bilgi ve bilinç düzeylerinin tespiti araştırması

Abstract

Gümüşhane ilinin Köse ilçesinde yapılan araştırmamız halkımızın afetler konusundaki temel bilgi ve bilinç düzeylerinin tespit edilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma 2013 yıl Haziran ve Temmuz aylarında Gümüşhane ilinin Köse ilçesinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Gümüşhane ilinin Köse ilçesinde yaşayanlar oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme yöntemi rastgele tabakalama yöntemi ile 1/10 oranında seçilmiştir ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul edenlere uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, daha önce yapılan araştırmalar taranmış ve anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilen veriler SPSS 15 Programında değerlendirilmiştir. İstatistik analizi için Ki-Kare testi kullanılmıştır. Anketimiz 20 sorudan oluşmuştur. İlk üç soruyu yaş, eğitim ve cinsiyet soruları oluşturmaktadır. Diğer 17 sorusu ise katılımcıların afetler konusundaki bilgi ve bilinç durumlarını tespit etmeye yönelik sorulardır. Araştırma için 254 adet anket formu yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile doldurulmuştur. Araştırmamızın sonunda halkımızın afetler konusunda yeterli bilgi ve bilinç düzeyine sahip olmadığı, eğitim seviyesine bağlı olarak afetlerle ilgili konularda bilgi sahibi olma durumunun arttığı, kadın katılımcıların erkeklere oranla afetler konusunda bilgi ve bilinç düzeylerinin daha düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Our research which completed in Kose County which in Gümüşhane province aims to determine the people's level of consciousness and basic knowledge about disasters. Research has been done in June and July of 2013 in Kose County of Gümüşhane. Sampling is selected with random stratification method with 1/10 ratio and has been applied to participants who agreed. In this research, earlier researches have been scanned and the obtained data with survey technique has been analyzed with SPSS 15 software. Chi-square test has been used for statistical analysis. The survey consisted of 20 questions. The first three questions are the age, education and gender poses questions. The remaining 17 questions are questions for detecting participants knowledge about disasters and states of consciousness. For the research, 254 questionnaire form were filled with face-to-face interview technique. End of our research, it has been determined that our people does not have adequate knowledge and awareness about disasters and depending on level of education, knowledge rate is increasing and female participants' knowledge and awareness about disasters is lower than men.
