The Problem of the Study: The intense level of competition between countries has increased the technological innovation and entrepreneurship activities. The increasing impact of these activities has been shown in the health sector as well as the economic and social development levels of the countries. In this respect, the extent to which technological innovation and entrepreneurship activities affect healthcare financing is an important problem. The Purpose of the Study: In this study, the technological innovation power of selected countries and the entrepreneurship activities in these countries are examined in relation to healthcare financing. In other words, it is analyzed whether innovation and entrepreneurship have a short and long term relationship with health expenditures. Method: In this research, the relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship with healthcare financing was analyzed by ARDL Panel Data approach. The main reason for using the Panel Data Analysis method in the research is that it allows the use of data at both the individual level and the time level. Findings and Results: According to the results of ARDL Panel regression, there is a statistically significant short-term and long-term relationship between the technological innovation power and entrepreneurship levels of countries and healthcare financing. Accordingly, the increase in technological innovation and enterprise power of the countries has positively affected the development of health system in these countries.
