BÖLGESEL KALKINMADA GİRİŞİMCİLİĞİN VE TEKNOLOJİNİN YERİ: TR83 BÖLGE ANALİZİ

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan ülkeler, ekonomik kalkınmayı gerçekleştirmek için bölgesel düzeyde kalkınmaya öncelik tanımaktadırlar. Bölgesel düzeyde kalkınmanın gerçekleşmesinde ise girişimciliğin ve teknolojinin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmenin ve kalkınmanın gerçekleşmesi için girişimcilik ruhunun yaygınlaşması gerekmektedir. Girişimciliğin eksik kaldığı bölgelerde hem teknolojik gelişmenin hem de sanayileşmenin dolayısıyla da ekonomik kalkınmanın gerçekleşmediği görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin istatistiki bölge sınıflamasında 2. düzey bölgeler arasında bulunan TR83 bölgesinin girişimcilik ve teknolojik yönlü analizi yapılacaktır. Diğer taraftan, girişimciliğin bölgenin kalkınmasına ve bölgedeki teknolojik ilerlemeye olan etkileri incelenecektir. Bu çalışmada yöntem olarak, TR83 Bölgesi'ne ilişkin birincil kaynak ve raporlardan elde edilen verilerden yararlanılmıştır. TR83 Bölgesi'nin girişimcilik, kalkınma ve inovasyon açısından ne düzeyde olduğu konusunda yapılan analiz, Türkiye geneli ile karşılaştırmalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada sonuç olarak, bölgede girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin ve teknolojik unsurların eksikliğinin bölgenin kalkınmasını olumsuz yönde etkilediği görülmüştür.

Developing countries, recognize the priority for development at the regional level to achieve economic development. Entrepreneurship and technology has an important role for realization of development at the regional level. The spirit of entrepreneurship must spread to technological development and the realization development. Industrialization and technological development, as well as economic development were not observed in areas where entrepreneurship is missing. In this study, entrepreneurship and technological way of TR83 which is Turkey’s statistical area classification second level of regions will be analyzed. On the other hand, examined the effects of entrepreneurship in the area of technological progress and the development of the region. In this study, TR83 primary source region and reports related to the data obtained were used. TR83 Region’s entrepreneurship, development and innovation in terms of what level the analysis that was carried out in comparison with across Turkey.
